Job Description



Cassidy Tire & Service is currently seeking to fill a full-time Inside Sales position at the corporate office in Addison, IL.  Be part of our exciting Cassidy Tire & Service family!  We are looking for individuals who have the ability to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty leading to Cassidy Tire’s growth by providing distinguished customer service and rapport.  



  • Learn and master the company's products and operational procedures.

  • Communicate effectively and persuasively to a high volume of people throughout the work day.

  • Communicate information about accounts, products, and services as well as processing orders.

  • Work with the operations, customer service, and outside sales representatives as needed to ensure quality customer service and customer satisfaction.

  • Assist with maintenance of multiple websites.

  • Perform market research and assist with online sales strategies.

  • Assist with the development of continually evolving fraud prevention guidelines.

  • Assist with the development, design and deployment of mass email marketing.

  • Contributes to team effort with the above listed responsibilities.

  • Associates or Bachelor Degree

  • Preferred 1+ years of sales experience dealing with the public

  • Automotive, tire, or transportation background helpful

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Email, Excel, Power Point, and Word)

  • Excellent phone & communication skills

  • Basic typing, phone, and computer navigation skills

  • Works well with pressure, time constraints and multiple priorities
