Job Description

You will report directly to the company’s HR Director and have the following key responsibilities:

Training:

  • Develop and coordinate training programs for employees at all levels;
  • Conduct training needs assessments and create customized learning plans;
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training and provide recommendations for improvement;
  • Manage the learning management system and maintain training records.

 

Career Development and Group Compensation and Benefits:

  • Support the implementation of career development initiatives;
  • Assist in creating and maintaining job descriptions and career plans;
  • Contribute to the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs;
  • Conduct salary surveys and market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.

 

Performance Evaluation:

  • Assist with and monitor the annual performance evaluation process;
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance evaluation procedures;
  • Analyze performance data and prepare reports for senior management.

HR Analytics and Reporting:

  • Collect and analyze HR metrics related to training, development, and performance;
  • Prepare regular reports on key HR indicators for management review;
  • Identify trends and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Development:

  • Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives;
  • Assist in creating internal communications related to HR programs and policies;
  • Contribute to the organization of employee recognition events and programs.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 3 years of experience in Human Resources Training and Development;
  • Fluency in English (mandatory);
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
