We are seeking a cruise-experienced Revenue Management Manager with a strong analytical background to assist with the creation and implementation of strategic pricing to maximize ticket revenue and utilization of stateroom inventory.  The Revenue Management Manager will be expected to perform statistical analysis and data manipulation for reporting and decision-making purposes.  The Revenue Management Manager will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Guest Services and report to Senior Director of Revenue Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily inventory, pricing and promotional offerings to maximize ticket revenue and inventory utilization
• Provide daily, weekly and ad-hoc reporting
• Provide regular competitive and market trends analysis that directly impact revenue and occupancy levels as needed
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Guest Services to support strategic initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university required with focus in quantitative discipline preferred
• 2+ years' experience in revenue management or related field required
• Knowledge of the cruise industry business environment including Marketing, Sales, and Operations
• Extensive knowledge of revenue management: pricing, forecasting, microeconomics, market segmentation, techniques for maximizing revenue
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of database and report writing tools
• Ability to analyze data, make decisions and be accountable for bottom-line performance

SYSTEMS KNOWLEDGE

• Advanced Excel, functions, pivot tables and arrays required
• Data mining, Power BI, Tableau, SAS, DOMO, etc. preferred
• Advanced MS Office prefrred
