Job Description

An operations coordinator supports the Manager, ensuring the smooth daily operations of the business. Interaction with relevant personnel is necessary to fulfill general office duties to meet high performance.

  • Provides administrative support for the Managers and ensures that the work order flow and partners relationships are managed in accordance with the needs of the Department.
  • Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
  • Liaise between partners and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
  • Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within the defined budget and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong partners relationship through regular meetings and communications.
  • Evaluate current operational performance and suggest a plan for improvements.
  • Provide guidelines to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
  • Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.
  • Assists in the scheduling and coordination of meetings.
  • Assist in projects as instructed by the management.
  • Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
