The Specialist will report directly to Corporate HR Director and work together with the rest of companies of the group to ensure that all the business have in place the right Salary Policy and Benefits.

The C&B Specialist will be responsible to describe and update the Job Profiles, support to define the Salary Policy, Salary Benchmarks, Bonus Schemes and to assure the definition and implementation of the Performance Appraisal System for Pluris Group. The position holder ensures this is done by doing the following:

  • Work in close cooperation with local HRBPs to determine needs, improvements, action plans, required to ensure effective compensation and benefit programs are in place at all companies.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of compensation programs including base salary, bonuses, job evaluation and recognition.
  • Provide global guidelines and support for local C&B related issue
  • Monitor market trends to ensure that total rewards are competitive.
  • Lead remuneration survey participation
  • Design and implementation of the Performance Appraisal System.

Qualifications

  • Finished studies with focus on HR or comparable education;
  • At least 3+ years’ Recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality;
  • General knowledge of HR processes;
  • Highly developed communication skills;
  • Highly organized and ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Proficiency in MS Office products and similar software;
  • Knowledge in PHC and SmartRecruiters is a plus;
  • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written;
  • Strong knowledge of current recruitment trends.
