About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Manager to oversee daily office operations, support HR functions, and ensure seamless coordination across departments. This role is critical to maintaining efficiency, compliance, and a professional work environment at our Port Harcourt headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, visitor handling, and office logistics
- Oversee procurement of office supplies, vendor management, and facility maintenance
- Coordinate staff onboarding, HMO enrollment, and internal communications
- Maintain personnel files, leave records, and attendance tracking
- Support HR in recruitment coordination, performance documentation, and policy dissemination
- Prepare reports, memos, and meeting minutes for management
- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
• 7 –10 years of progressive experience in administration or HR/admin hybrid roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms (e.g., SeamlessHR, Zoho)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills

Salary Range: ₦500,000 – ₦600,000/month.
• Must reside in Port Harcourt or be willing to relocate immediately.
