Job Description
- Identify new business opportunities and prospects
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Collaborate with underwriters to design tailored insurance solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in insurance sales/business development
- Strong understanding of Nigerian insurance market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales track record
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications)
