Job Description
Our client is seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Front Desk Officer to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for clients, partners, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact at the reception desk, welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately. 
- Manage and route incoming calls, emails, and correspondence to the right departments. 
- Maintain a professional front office environment that reflects the company’s brand and values. 
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure availability for internal and external stakeholders. 
- Support administrative tasks, including filing, record keeping, and documentation. 
- Assist with office logistics such as receiving deliveries, handling mail, and liaising with vendors. 
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as required. 
Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field. 
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in front desk, receptionist, or administrative roles (experience in an EPC or engineering environment is an added advantage). 
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor. 
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). 
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion.
