Your job on a day to day would involve assisting in the management of the spa and ensuring the smooth delivery of services.

Job Description

  • Perform a variety of routine clerical tasks.
  • Make guest reservations for spa services.
  • Answers and routes call, as necessary, to appropriate individuals.
  • Should be able to handle multiple tasks at a time
  • Accurately take and deliver messages.
  • Ensure proper coverage of the desk when it is necessary to leave the area.
  • Maintain clean and orderly reception, client, and spa areas.
  • Maintain a log of all calls requiring further action.
  • Accept and sign for packages and notify the addressee of package arrival.
  • Book services and answer any client and service-related questions.
  • Greet visitors and obtains name and other pertinent information, notifying appropriate individuals of visitor’s arrival.
  • Receive payments for goods and services and properly account for all transactions. Reconcile daily sales, deposits, and receipts as outlined in Standard Operating Procedures and Protocols.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new materials with attention to budgetary constraints.
  • Ensuring all necessary compliance obligations are met and renewed at the right time

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Logistics, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on administrative experience.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to multitask.
  • Outstanding time management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication skills
