Job Description

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business prospects to increase our customer base.

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales campaigns and promotional efforts.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements in ISP services.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

  • Monitor and report on sales activities, progress, and challenges.

  • Identify potential customers and businesses in designated territories to sell ISP services.

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, highlighting the benefits of our internet services.

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and improve sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working as a freelance sales professional.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
