Our client is a liquids and gas terminals and logistics company that is focused on providing independent terminal, storage, and distribution solutions. They are a Nigerian company with strong pan-African ambitions. They are currently seeking to recruit a smart, adaptive, and intelligent Finance Analyst to join their team

The preferred candidate should be one with exposure in Oil and Gas who has experience working in a Big 4.

• Interpretation and analysis of financial data
• Developing financial models that forecast business outcomes and profits
• Preparing accounting and other required reports and projections based on the analysis performed.
• Developing automated reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data.
• Preparing of investment memorandum
• Daily entry of transactions into ERP
• Preparation of invoices and purchase orders
• Management of account receivables and payables
• Evaluating historical and current financial data to understand the company’s financial condition
• Reviewing term sheets
• Preparing and presenting PowerPoint slides
• Investment and Business plan review and update
• Contribute to providing appropriate monitoring tools to management
• Assist in producing rolling forecast to determine and take corrective action
• Delivering appropriate management information and reporting (financial data) ensuring data availability for presentations, ensuring compliance and consistency in group reporting
• Follow-up variance: ensuring and analyzing deviation versus budget in coordination with operational stakeholders of his scope
• Data Quality analysis every month ensures accurate and reliable data

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, or any business-related degree;
• ACA / CIMA, CFA; IT Knowledge
• 3 – 7 years of working experience in Consulting, Finance & Accounting, or Business Analytics,
• Experience working with one of the Big 4 is a plus or an asset
• Additional Certificates and/or diplomas in Business / Data Analytics are an added advantage
