Our Client is a retail beauty business providing expert hair care advice & beauty services in Port-Harcourt with over 4 branches and other branches outside PHC such as Lagos. 

They are seeking to hire an experienced and efficient  Financial Accountant.

• Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)
• Forecast costs and revenues
• Manage tax payments
• Organize internal audits
• Prepare budgets (for the entire company and by department)
• Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
• Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments
• Analyze financial trends
• Perform month-end and year-end close processes

• A degree in Accounting/Finance and MBA is preferable
• Preferred Industry background – Retail/FMCG/Oil & Gas
• Experience – A minimum of 5 Years
• Qualification – ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.

• Oversight on transactions management (AP, AR, GL, treasury)

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and follow-up skills
