They are a market leader in designing, formulating, and producing oilfield chemicals for production and completion applications. With a focus on delivering differentiated chemical technologies to drive performance. They support customers and projects in 5 deep-water assets in Nigeria. To deliver on these commitments and acquire future businesses, they are seeking an Experienced Sales Executives to join our team in Lagos and Port - Harcourt, Nigeria.

 

     

    Job Description

    • Find prospects and leads within Oil and Gas (Exploration, Service Companies, Hospitality, Manufacturing, etc)
    • Maintain existing client relationships 
    • Learn details about our products and services
    • Understand all the prospect's needs, problems, or wants
    • Explain how our solutions align with their pain points
    • Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant
    • Up-sell when appropriate
    • Follow up with hot 
    • Identify buyer persona profiles
    • Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting
    • Consult with sales and marketing team to ensure the efficiency
    • Meet sales KPIs
    • Track and monitor your work
    • Prepare and present reports when needed
    • Attend sales educational events and seminars
    • Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
    • Report to management team

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications 

    • Minimum 5 years sales experience preferrable in the banking, insurance or other financial services. 

    Preferred Qualifications 

    • BA/BS degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience 
    • Previous experience within sales in the banking and finance industry is a plus 
    • Knowledge of marketing
    • Experience selling into or working with marketing teams and their agencies 
    • Track record of reaching and exceeding sales targets 
    • Proven ability to successfully drive revenue via scaled selling across various designs and styles

    Additional Information

    Suitable candidates are required in Lagos and Port-Harcourt respectively.
