Job Description

  • You will be responsible for building models, analyzing data, and preparing statements to reconcile income with expenses to keep track of the company’s earnings and projected cash flow.
  • Analyze financial statements, and prepare reports and recommendations to Top Management and the Board of Directors concerning financial performance.
  • Protect the company’s revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth.
  • Arrange and chair financial management meetings, and prepares financial reports and presentations for scheduled financial management meetings.
  • Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments.
  • Must be able to see risks and opportunities behind financial data and act as a strategic business partner for the CEO.
  • Drive the company's Financial Planning.
  • Ensure that processes needed for the financial management systems are established, implemented, and maintained, and reports to the CEO and Board of Directors (or Advisory Board) on the performance of the financial management system and reports any need for its improvement.
  • Manages banking relationships, check signing authority process, and alerts all individuals and banks of any changes to authority.
  • Oversee cash management processes to ensure proper cash availability and best practices in cash management
  • Prepare  Forecast Financial Statements, and prepare reports and recommendations to Top Management and the Board of Directors concerning forecasted financial statements.
  • Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
  • Provide financial analysis to support performance information and plans
  • Monitor and manage all Projects that Company invests in, and to do their best in making all projects successful.
  • Overseeing the proper procedural handling of production-related financial matters, such as receiving statements and balancing accounts related to production progress payments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience with at least 7 years of demonstrated experience in a leadership/management position.
  • Good understanding of finance principles with the ability to build and maintain complex financial models; Professional accounting qualification e.g. ICAN, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent an advantage.
  • Experience working with ERP, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, SAGE, etc with Strong technical computing skills.
  • Strong Financial and Accounting background.
  • Ability to focus and prioritize multiple and sometimes competing projects.
  • High moral and ethical standards are required.
  • In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
  • Must be well organized and efficient, decisive, and able to articulate well
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
  • Must possess outstanding communication skills and the ability to work well with people.
  • Must have strong Leadership skills, Organizational skills, and Excellent Communication with team members.
  • Must have an analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
