Myrtle Management Consultants seeks a personable and highly motivated HR intern to support the HR and Talent Acquisition teams in day-to-day administrative tasks and activities.

Job Description
- Edit and organize new positions on websites and job boards
- Create a job description centralized database
- Assist with screening resumes and applications
- Assist with the preparation and dissemination of offer and regret letters
- Assist with Onboarding tasks to prepare new employees for their first day
- Coordinate interviews
- Collect and update our database with new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact information)
- Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects
Qualifications
Requirements
- Human Resources Management or Business major
- Some experience in an office environment preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Organize and attend company meetings and networking events
