They seek to hire a Marketing Strategy and Sales Specialist to join their growing team and
promote their business goals and objectives. We are looking for a creative sales professional
with strong analytical skills to join our team. The sales specialist will be responsible for leading
the sales team and training new hires, conducting extensive market research, preparing sales
forecasts, and advertising budgets, and updating existing marketing strategies. You should also
be able to change sales policies and make suggestions for business expansion.

Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events

  • Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives

  • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities

  • Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met

  • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums

  • Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs

  • Analyzing sales team performance and scheduling training/refresher sessions
    accordingly.

  • Conducting market research and sharing findings with the team.

  • Working alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase customer base.

  • Setting sales targets and implementing incentives.

  • Providing accurate sales forecasts and allocating resources so targets are met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing and strategy
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Marketo, Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and content management systems
  • Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Ability to travel as necessary
