They seek to hire a Business Development Manager to join their growing team and promote their business
goals and objectives. You will be the face of the business, identifying prospective customers, enthralling
them with the opportunities, and then making deals and signing them.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the entire sales process, including prospecting, reaching out, scheduling
    meetings, and closing deals.

  • Proactive sales of business solutions to small, medium, and large businesses.

  •  Increase your sales and reach your goals.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by collaborating with them and understanding their needs.

  • Account manages your most important clients, developing and settling them before passing them on.

  • Provide market feedback to the product team on business solutions.

  • Report on sales, revenue, and expenses, as well as realistic forecasts, to the management team.

  • Recognize emerging markets and market shifts while staying up to date on new products and services

  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and
    ensure its strong presence

Qualifications

  • BSc/BA in business administration or relative field
  • At least 5+ years of successful previous experience as a Sales Lead or Sales Manager, business manager or related field.
  • Proven experience in the ride hailing or food delivery business
  • Strong Entrepreneurial spirit and hunger for sales
  • High commercial and sales acumen
  • Key account management experience
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise of selling business services into SME and large businesses
  • Organized, process driven, with a great knowledge of sales techniques in B2B sales
  • Experience onboarding clients and doing some account management with larger signings
