Our Client is an IT Consultancy , Auditing and Management services firm. They provide services from business intelligence, enterprise solutions, managed cloud services, to custom made solutions to support the efficiency of their client’s business.
As Key Account Sales Executive your primary job duty is to generate strong leads and opportunities for selling the company’s business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.
Job Description
- Grow the company’s CX market share in across Nigeria
- Able to develop, lead, and implement account strategies and opportunity close plans
- Understand clients' industry/operations/strategy/value drivers, establish relationships with clients’ C-Suite, and gain commitment to close deals
- Mobilize and lead all necessary Partner Solutions and resources to ensure a successful sales cycle
- Establish and maintain overall Customer relationship and ensure overall client satisfaction and success
- Act as a subject matter expert to our partner business communities/institutes/organizations
- Work as an independent/entrepreneur, within a large, multi-cultural, and complex matrix-based environment
- Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to many named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territories (mainly Tier 3 accounts).
Qualifications
- 2- 5 years proven sales experience of working with private and public sector or similar accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree (STEM) or equivalent.
- Have knowledge of OEM Products - Oracle and Microsoft, Veeam & Acronis
- Proficient spoken and written English
- Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential together with the ability to take a leading sales role, managing local and/or virtual teams and executing successful sales strategies
- Dynamic personality with successful sales track record and over 2-year selling experience in solution value selling
- Strong understanding of CX management concepts and related solutions
- Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills.
- Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers.
- Travel may be needed.
- History and demonstrable track record of achievement of revenue objectives
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement business/account plans
- Demonstrated ability to work with accounts’ senior management and across functions within customer organizations
- Recognizing and embracing changes and challenges as opportunities
