We are a unique and transparent online platform that caters public school teachers’ request for much-needed school supplies and a fine learning experience for their students in the not so developed schools.
We make it easy for teachers, alumni’s, individual and institutional donors to connect and help each other. Financial limits shouldn’t translate into an inferior education for kids. Students deserve rewarding and exciting new educational experiences, and teachers deserve access to the resources that will help them provide those without having to take a dip into their own paychecks to do so.
We have driven multiple successful projects and have received accredits from some leading media houses during this journey to make our nation a 100% literate country.

This is no regular field job or a desk job, as a Marketing Intern, your sales and marketing skills will be challenged constantly. Your ability to drive impact through on the feet thinking, the speed of action and creative capabilities will be on the run every minute. You need to have an attitude of rolling up your sleeves to ensure that you contribute to improving the functionality and level of service that we promise to provide to our teachers and donors. Your role will also include: -
- Connect with the public-school teachers
- Explain the vision and mission of our organisation
- Understand their need and requirements
- Register them on mydilse.org
- Create a project for them on the platform
Run a donation campaign for the respective teacher’s projects. Act as their campaign manager.
- Identify the target segments
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
- Devise strategies to create online campaigns for onboarded schools on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter etc)
- Provide content for creating an email campaign and executing the campaign
For this part of the internship, the organization will provide you necessary help, but the intern would be running the show end to end. You define the scope for your projects and campaigns, currently, we have multiple teachers who await the right campaign manager to help them through the onboarding process and guide them to write and advertise their requirements with the best consulting abilities to ensure 100% completion of each project. Which not only showcases your marketing and engagement ability but also contributes to our larger vision.
Currently enrolled in an educational program at bachelor or master level which includes a 2 to 6 month internship (you would be expected to go back to university following your internship)
Bachelor’s degree required
- Fluent English
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a remote (work from home) environment
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload.
Internship Duration: You can complete as many campaigns you want and can be associate with us as a volunteer. We expect each intern to onboard at least 2 teachers on our platform and execute their campaigns to 100% closure.
If one can complete these within a week or a month, we don’t have any restrictions.
