Description & Responsibilities
- Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants
- Identify the HR policy and well known the labor laws
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits. Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations
- Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as (Employee profile, Official Letter and reporting system)
- Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, or labor relations activities of an organization
- Monitoring staff's attendance , leaves and calculating the payroll of employees
Qualifications
Skills and Requirement
- Knowledge of principles and methods HR function , HR policy and Administrative tasks
- Age must be between 27 and 35 years.
- Must be university graduate. DMA or HR diploma holder will be an advantage.
- Must be able to communicate in English written
- Must have at least 3-year experience in related HR/Administrative field.
- Strong personality, effective communication and negotiation skills are required.
- Must be initiative and productive.
- Must have wide range of knowledge about the existing business environment.
