Job Description
About You :-
The ideal candidate who has 2-4 years of experience in handling Front desk work , representing as the Front Face of the organization
The role requires someone who is a self-starter, passionate, proactive, highly organized with attention to detail and follow through, and eager to work in a fast-paced, challenging and deadline-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities :-
At Reception:- Handling phone calls
Guest relation at Front office
News paper / periodicals updation
Courier Inward Outward
Flower arrangement
Updating welcome board on daily basis
Travel Desk :-
Air and Rail ticket booking
Hotel booking
Car booking
Administrative
Vending machine maintenance
Drinking water machine maintenance
Fax machine maintenance
Printer maintenance
Necessary maintenance of office
Monitoring housekeeping
Birthday Celebration Calendar, Greeting Cards
Monthly bill checking and ensuring payment
Use of petty cash for administrative issues at office
Stationery:-
Order, issue, maintain stock
HR:-
Distribution of Vouchers
Attendance Record
Leave records
Maintaining Candidate Database
IDEAL CANDIDATE :-
1. She must be able to build good rapport with the customers and greet the customers when they enter the office overall building a strong relationship with the customers.
2. Handle customer requests promptly
3. It is the duty of a front office associate to keep a record on people who have come to the office. Maintain records of their queries /feedback.
4. Handling cash and also maintaining account records are one of the duties of front office associate.
5. Calling customers and confirming appointment is one of the duty of Front office Associate
Skills and qualification for this Job
Must be enthusiastic on work and should have a passion to excel in the job, pleasing to all and should have good interpersonal and good communication skills. Bachelors degree in respect to the industry they work as a front office associate is more than enough for the job. Must have computer knowledge working with Microsoft Word, Excel etc

Graduate with 2-4 years of Experience . Excellent comm skills
