Join an innovative electronics manufacturer serving the aerospace industry for over 40 years. Specializing in Electronic systems builds, cabling, and wire harness assemblies. We are looking for a high-performing General Manager to lead our growth strategies and implement processes that ensure on-time delivery to our tier 1 customers.

As the General Manager, you will drive operational excellence across our two facilities, lead supply chain and production efficiency initiatives, and ensure delivery of top-line results. This is a U.S. citizen-only position requiring expertise in aerospace electronics and hardware manufacturing. You will be working closely with assembly and engineering teams and report directly to the CEO on business strategy and scaling operations.

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of our two facilities.
• Own P&L reporting, expense control, and top-line growth tracking
• Recruit, develop, and manage high-performing operations teams
• Ensure on-time delivery, quality assurance, and quote-to-production cycle time
• Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing practices across both locations
• Drive improvements in supply chain management and workflow optimization
• Champion NetSuite ERP system usage, including setup, organization, and ongoing improvement
• Manage company-wide metrics: delivery, quality, safety, gross profit, and efficiency
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver customer satisfaction and business success

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship (Required – due to aerospace contracts)
• Minimum 6 years of experience in electronics manufacturing
• Proven leadership in hardware, satellite systems, cabling, and wire harness production
• Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices
• Demonstrated success managing P&L and operational financial metrics
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite)
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience building and managing cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with workflow systems and continuous improvement frameworks
• Willingness to travel 1–2x/month
