The Face Video Specialist is responsible for producing high-quality video content that effectively communicates our brand message and engages our audience. The Face Video Specialist works closely creative team to edit, animate, and enhance videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities
- Video Editing: Edit raw footage into compelling narratives, ensuring high-quality visuals and sound, while adhering to brand guidelines and project timelines
- 2D and 3D Animation: Create engaging animations and motion graphics to enhance video content, including title sequences, transitions, and visual effects
- Content Collaboration: Collaborate with writers, designers, and other team members to conceptualize and execute video projects that align with marketing and communication strategies
- Storytelling: Utilize your storytelling skills to craft videos that captivate and resonate with target audiences, maintaining a strong focus on clarity and engagement
- Post-Production: Manage post-production processes, including color grading, audio mixing, and finalizing videos for various distribution channels
- Feedback Integration: Review and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders, ensuring final products meet project objectives and expectations
- Project Management: Organize and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining effective communication with team members throughout the editing process
- Stay Current: Keep up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques in video editing and animation to continually enhance your skills and the quality of our content

- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Multi-media Arts, Media Production, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in video editing, 2D and 3D animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro), 2D and 3D animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, 3ds Max, Blender or similar)
- Strong understanding of video production processes and techniques, including color correction and audio editing.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and storytelling abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
