Remote employment available for Southern Arizona residents, restrictions apply. Company will supply workstation and equipment. Must have reliable high-speed internet and be able to pick up equipment from the Tucson, AZ office prior to employment. 


Afternoon shift Sunday-Thursday from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Preference given to those who can start on 9/27/2020. Other start dates are available. 

Hourly compensation to commensurate with experience and is typically in the $13/hr to $17/hr range. Benefits include Paid Sick Time, 40-hour work week, up to $500 Completion Bonus, Employee Discounts, Employee Assistance Program and the possibility of permanent employment upon completion!

Relocation assistance is not available. Residents outside of the state of Arizona need not apply. No staffing agencies, please.

Job Description

Primary responsibilities for a Seasonal Cloud Technical Specialist
Impact the lives of our small business customers and  by: 

• Delivering a memorable experience that exceeds customers’ expectations while building a genuine relationship
• Managing multiple projects and maintaining a frequent and consistent interaction with all customers
• Evaluating customer needs, determining and implementing a road map for success, and performing maintenance, upgrades, and delivering training
• Managing multiple customers, including “break-fix” support and facilitating escalations to ensure customers move quickly to resolution
• Guiding customers through Microsoft Office365 on-boarding including end user set up & data migration
• Owning customers issues or service requests, ensuring to follow up and take accountability for quick, accurate, and effective resolution

Requirements you will need to be successful as a Seasonal Cloud Technical Specialist

• High School or Technical Diploma/Certificate required, Technical Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 1-3 years’ experience delivering an incredible customer experience in a contact center environment
• 1-3 years of experience working with Azure Active Directory and on-premises Active Directory
• 1-3 years of working with on-premises exchange servers
• High degree of technical acuity and experience with a focus on supporting Microsoft Office 365 products
