This position is located in Tucson, AZ. Remote work and training available for Southern Arizona residents during COVID-19 restrictions. Must be able to work in the Tucson office once COVID-19 restrictions are removed. Must be able to pick up equipment from Tucson office.

Job Description

Primary responsibilities for the Technical Development Training Manager
Impact the lives of internal and external customers by: 

• Effectively present to a group/individual and keep them engaged
• Manage multiple projects and maintain a frequent and consistent interaction with employees
• Maintains safe and healthy training environment by following organization standards and legal regulations
• Conducts training classes by presenting job-specific, company-specific, general software applications and personal computer classes
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training modules, workshops, etc. and make changes as
needed to improve future results
• Develop, schedule and deliver content for ambassadors and floor support to improve and hone their technical methodologies
• Develop and organize existing on hand Technical resources to improve ambassador self-reliance
• Collaborate with Escalations Manager to develop or curate Advanced Technical Training Resources for First Team and Next Team Develop master course documentation, manuals, and other learning resources
• Remain current with up-to-date product information for all released software configurations
• Demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills
• Problem-solve computer and system issues with learners

Requirements you will need to be successful as a Technical Development Training Manager
Here are the requirements we are looking for that ensures our Technical Development Training Manager will be successful:

• High School or Technical Diploma/Certificate required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 1-3 years experience delivering an incredible customer experience in a tech support environment, preferably in a Microsoft Office 365 environment
• 1-3 years of experience in learning, development or training preferred
• 1-3 years of working with various training and learning platforms and programs including Litmos and SharePoint strongly preferred
• High degree of technical acuity and experience with a focus on supporting Microsoft/Office 365 products and applications
