This position is located in Tucson, AZ. Relocation assistance and working remotely are not available for this position. No outside agencies or staffing firms please.

Job Description

Primary responsibilities for the Business Applications Specialist
Impact the lives of our small business customers and empower their success by: 

•    Analyze customer issues and develop necessary actions and ensure optimal levels of customer satisfaction 
•    Delivers direct support, technical services and training to end-users of Office 365 applications
•    Provide software systems support to end-users seeking a best in class client experience
•    Refer to both external resources and internal knowledge-base to provide accurate technical solutions
•    Provide expert consultations to small and medium businesses to assist them in purchasing additional Cloud IT solutions
•    Stay up to date with technological advances and changes within the industry

Requirements you will need to be successful as a Business Applications Specialist
Here are the requirements we are looking for that ensures our Business Applications Specialist will be successful:

•    High School or Technical Diploma/Certificate required; Associate Degree or higher preferred
•    Skilled in providing information technology related customer service and/or training to clients with varying levels of technical expertise
•    1-3 years’ experience delivering an incredible customer experience in a technical support center environment
•    1-3 years of experience supporting Office 365 applications and/or training customers on product use
•    1-3 years of working with various break-fix, help-desk, and IT troubleshooting systems preferred
•    High degree of technical acuity and experience with a focus on supporting Microsoft/Office 365 applications strongly preferred
•    Experience working with Microsoft Office 365 on-boarding including end-user set up, data migration, and training preferred
•    Successful when working in a team environment with a customer obsessive culture
•    Excellent communication (written and verbal), trouble shooting and analytical skills
•    Willingness to learn and understand Office 365 capabilities, plans, and features
•    Active participant in the process of improvement and change. The ability to be proactive in improvement and providing solutions while engaging in ongoing tasks and directives.
