Summary: Munson Healthcare is offering a fantastic PRN job opportunity for a certified or certified eligible Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Munson Provider Flex Team. This team providers coverage to Munson Healthcare outpatient clinics, both primary care and urgent care/walk-ins

Position Details/Duties:

  • Clinic Locations and Hours:
    • Cadillac: 8a-8p
    • Charlevoix: 8a-6p
    • Gaylord FP, IM: 8a-5p
    • Grayling FP, and SD: 8a-6p
    • Lewiston: 7a-6p
    • Indian River: FP, Ped, SD: 7a-7p
    • Petoskey FP, UC: 8a-7pm
    • Prudenville FP, UC: 7a-7p
    • Roscommon: 8a-6pm
    • Mio: 8a-5pm
  • To provide “gap” coverage to our patients when a provider is unavailable, due to illness, PTO, bereavement, retirement.

Standard Qualifications:

  • Education / Training:
    • Master's Degree in Nursing OR a Masters in Physician Assistant studies
  • Work Experience:
    • 2+ years experience as an APP in outpatient medicine preferred
  • Certification, Licensure, Registration:
    • State of Michigan Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license required
    • BCLS Certified
