A Day in the Life 

• This Nurse Triage position is an essential part of keeping our clinic running efficiently.  The job requires excellent phone, communication, and computer skills as these are required for the majority of tasks. This position will be joining our current triage nurse and clinical staff to support our 10 providers. Some duties include:
  • Answering patient calls/messages, obtaining appropriate history for triage, and updating patient after response from provider.
  • Processing prescription requests.
  • B12 and Toradol injections.
  • Coverage work on the clinical team including general calls, order generation, and rooming, if needed. 

• You will be part of a supportive team! - Our clinics are close-knit teams that encourage each other every day. You will assist with day-to-day operations as required for optimal patient care which can include assisting fellow teammates and providers when necessary. 

• We have the best schedules in Healthcare. You will work in a small office environment without the worries of nights, on call, etc. We value work life balance! 

What’s Required  

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
  • For those hired into an RN position prior to January 1, 2009, it is encouraged to obtain a BSN.
  • For those hired into an RN position after January 1st, 2009, it is required to obtain a BSN within 10 years of start date.
  • For those hired into an RN position after January 1st, 2015, it is required to obtain a BSN within 5 years of start date.
• Experience in an ambulatory setting is desirable.
