Job Description

Job Summary:

The Area Sales Manager is responsible to lead and direct the Sales Supervisors, helps in developing and applying the Sales Department plans and determines the sales target per area/ per client.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Follows up with the Sales Team supervisors on (achieving their monthly target, daily route track as planned).
  • Solves and advises any problems related to the limit of the customers credits.
  • Splits the whole order per supervisor, per group as per the seated target.
  • Weekly visits accompanied by supervisors to all the customers.
  • Field visits at least once a week to each of the representative's customers.
  • Provides weekly meetings on the achieved sales and reflects on the monthly target with the overall evaluation for the team performance.
  • Check the carry over as per the company policy.
  • Responsible for (achieving target, Sales Representative overall performance, the representative credit and adherence to all BCI policies procedures and regulations).
  • Always plans to open new sales points and to inform the Sales Manager to agree and add any new customer.
  • Checks and approves the incentives balance of the clients.
  • Follows up on anything related to the customers and to highly satisfy the customers without breaking any rules.
  • Performs other duties as and when requested by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Expert in all provinces within the country.
  • 6-8 years' experience in sales preferably in equivalent field.

Additional Information

 

  • Good command of Arabic language.
  • Good English reading and writing.
