Job Description

  • Be responsible for the end to end recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Attract top candidates by drafting advertising copy for use in a wide range of media, as well as by networking, direct search and through referrals.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews and refine down the most suitable talent
  • Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods and provide qualified feedback and guidance during the interview process.
  • Monitor all performance indicators of the recruitment processes and generate monthly reports to the HR Team / Managing Directors.
  • Partner with the HR Manager to create and implement the HR strategies, projects and procedures.
  • Actively participate in the annual feedback process and provide support in developing the strategy for the following year. 
  • Complete, maintain and update documents related to HR processes, such as job descriptions, exit-interviews, evaluation forms, etc.
  • Identify and attend networking activities such as career and universities fairs as well as developing relationships with the recruitment agencies.
  • Complete other tasks that are deemed appropriate for your role and assigned by the HR Manager / Managing Directors. 

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in managing end to end recruitment and selection processes;
  • Experience in a similar role in advertising and communication companies is an advantage;
  • Proficient English;
  • Good skills using MS Office package;
  • Ability to advise and offer recommendations during the recruitment and selection processes;
  • Creativity, enthusiasm and proactive attitude;
  • Good time management and analytical skills.
