• Assist in preparing sales dashboards, summaries, and performance reports
• Maintain accurate sales records and update databases regularly
• Assist in administrative and reporting tasks related to sales operations
• Assist the Supply & Chain Department for documentation

• Currently taking up a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• At least a background in Data Analysis and Customer Support
• Background in SAP or other ERP accounting systems
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, basic formulations and Pivot
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (charts, basic formulas preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work in our Malabon office
