Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused E-Commerce Customer Support Representative to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media

  • Handle order concerns, refunds, returns, and delivery follow-ups

  • Assist customers with product information and order tracking

  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve issues

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive buying experiences

  • Help monitor reviews and customer feedback across platforms

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or e-commerce experience is preferred

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or similar is a plus

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Basic computer and internet skills required

Nice to Have

  • Experience using CRM or helpdesk tools

  • Knowledge of online order fulfillment processes

  • Social media customer support experience
