Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & E-commerce Intern to support our digital marketing and online store operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in campaign execution, content creation, and e-commerce management across major platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).

  • Support content creation, including captions, basic graphics, and short-form videos aligned with brand guidelines.

  • Help manage and update product listings, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, images, and promotions.

  • Monitor and implement platform campaigns, vouchers, and discounts to ensure timely execution.

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (sales, traffic, engagement, conversion) and assist in preparing reports.

  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, content ideas, and promotional opportunities.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service) for campaign alignment and smooth operations.

  • Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and inquiries, and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Provide administrative support such as maintaining trackers, organizing files, and preparing presentations.

  • Assist in brainstorming initiatives to improve online visibility, engagement, and overall customer experience.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or any related field.

  • Required to complete internship/OJT as part of academic program.

  • Strong interest in digital marketing and e-commerce.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketplaces is an advantage.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and presentation tools.

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.
