We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Associate to support our daily accounting operations. The role involves handling the financial records, assisting in reporting, and ensuring accuracy in all accounting transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and process daily financial transactions (e.g., payables, receivables, expenses)

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and schedules

• Monitor and reconcile accounts, including bank and vendor accounts

• Support billing, collections, and payment processing

• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation

• Assist during audits and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

• Coordinate with internal teams regarding financial data and transaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field

• At least 1 year of accounting or finance-related experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting systems is an advantage

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Organized and able to handle multiple tasks

• Good communication and teamwork skills
