Job Description
E-Commerce Assistant
Position Summary
The E-Commerce Assistant supports the daily operations of the company’s online marketplace platforms and website. This role assists the E-Commerce team in executing campaigns, maintaining platform hygiene, coordinating reports, and addressing customer and fulfillment concerns to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Reports to: E-Commerce Business Development Lead
Key Responsibilities
1. Platform Operations & Hygiene
Support daily operations across e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and website).
Assist in resolving customer service issues, disputes, fulfillment concerns, and negative reviews.
Upload and maintain accurate product information, content, and pricing.
Monitor platform issues and escalate urgent concerns such as missing orders, delayed fulfillment, or policy changes.
2. Campaign & Platform Support
Assist in uploading and implementing campaigns, promotions, and platform-specific activities.
Coordinate with the Marketing team to monitor campaign execution and flag improvement areas.
Update daily monitoring reports related to sales performance, campaign results, and basic metrics.
3. Inventory, Cost & Back-Office Coordination
Coordinate with Finance for dispute filing, documentation, and tracking.
Conduct regular content, price, and sales audits across platforms.
Support product launches, SKU updates, and delisting by managing required uploads and documentation.
4. Other Responsibilities
Assist in live commerce activities such as order processing, monitoring comments, and supporting live sellers.
Act as a coordination point between the E-Commerce team, Fulfillment, and Finance for process implementation and improvements.
Support other projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables).
Experience managing or supporting e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and/or websites.
Familiarity with back-end marketplace operations including product uploads, pricing updates, and platform tools.
Experience with Facebook Business Manager, marketplace marketing portals, or email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp) is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
Good communication and coordination skills.
