Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Operations Associate to support our growing sales team.
Job Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Support
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team and field personnel
- Assist in handling customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
Reports & Data Management
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, dashboards, and performance tracking
- Analyze data and translate it into actionable insights for the team
- Monitor sales performance against targets and highlight key trends and opportunities
Document & Presentation Preparation
- Develop presentation decks and materials for client meetings, showroom visits, and business reviews
- Ensure all schedules, documents, and logistics are well-organized and aligned with objectives
Account Performance Monitoring
- Track account performance and provide updates and insights to Account Officers
- Support initiatives to drive account growth and improve overall performance
Product & Sales Coordination
- Maintain updated knowledge of the company’s product portfolio
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of product information across reports and presentations
Records & Systems Management
- Maintain organized and up-to-date sales records, databases, and documentation
- Ensure all files and data are accurate, accessible, and properly managed
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year business-related course
- At least 1 year of experience in sales administration or sales operations
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and accounts simultaneously
