• Ordering and Inventory Management
• Ensures timely and accurate creation of purchase order for replenishment of stocks.
• Closely monitors stock level on assigned channel and stock movement such as repeat orders, consolidation and replenishment, mark downs, movement of stocks, based on assigned area/channel.
• Facilitates the pull-out or store-to-store stock transfer of SKUs as needed
• Research and contacts vendors that can supply products for merchandising or marketing purposes
• Handles the procurement of products from sourcing to delivery
• Assists the merchandising manager in analyzing sales, inventory, and other brand metric sheets
• Collaborates with the merchandising manager and other support groups in planning and executing marketing activities based on analyzed data
• Coordinates with the customer service and brand team with regards to damaged goods and returns of customers or internal channels
• Assists in creating product promotions with the merchandising manager to move-out slow-moving items and highlight new product launches
