Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Interaction and Support:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat promptly and accurately.
  • Identify and assist customers with specific needs.
  • Handle complaints regarding unfulfilled orders professionally.
  • Provide alternative options for out-of-stock or discontinued items.

Order Processing and Management:

  • Efficiently process orders and distribute receipts.
  • Accurately input orders into the database in a timely manner.
  • Ensure Sales Targets are met by delivering orders on time and complete for assigned accounts.
  • Encode and process Sales Orders details accurately in SAP, including picklist and delivery receipts.
  • Timely resolve issues related to order fulfillment and customer service.

Inventory and Reporting:

  • Monitor inventory and provide alternative options for out-of-stock or discontinued items.
  • Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and order reports for management.
  • Submit reports on time and fulfill other operational and business requirements.

Sales Support and Communication:

  • Provide salespeople with trends reports and necessary information.
  • Maintain efficient communication regarding order fulfillment and customer issues.

Qualifications

Education / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any course
  • 2 Years of experience in customer service teams and/or logistics groups.

Skills / Abilities:

  • Communication Skills: Should be able to cascade ideas and concept to his/her collegues and superiors effectively.
  • Leadership Skills: Must be able to influence his/her team in achieving their common goals.
  • Critical-Thinking Skills: Should be able to think of tactics and strategies in critical moments in the operation.
  • Organizational Skills: Should be able to systematize and plan his/her work accordingly
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Must have the ability to conjure effective action plans should issues arise.
