Job Description
The E-Commerce Retail Operations Manager oversees the productivity of E-commerce
platforms and manages the day-to-day operations such as but not limited to, increasing of sales,
efficiency of sales team, performs excellent customer service, secures and ensures the accuracy
of the inventories and stocks.
Key Responsibilities:
A. SALES ACHIVEMENT
 Ensures 100% achievement of monthly sales target set of the Management
 Monitors sales performance against sales forecast, analyze and interpret trends to
maximize sales
 Monitors and analyzes competitors’ activities and market trends.
 Work closely with brand team, creatives, and demand planning team to align,
contextualize, and execute broader platform sales and marketing strategies
B. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
 Monitors day to day stock movements and ensures that all items in webstore are properly
stocked
 Coordinates with brands regarding their buying patterns, and aligning with them with
respect to broader stocking strategies
 Forecasts and assists broader demand planning team in forecasting what items to buy, in
what quantities
C. CUSTOMER SERVICE RELATIONS
 Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport to with
potential and actual customers to understand customer service requirement
 Oversee the implementation of customer service standards and ensure customer
satisfaction and efficient handling of customer complaints
 Resolves customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions and in a
professional manner

Qualifications

Educational:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, or some similar equivalent 

Work:

  • 1-3 years work experience, preferably in the health, wellness, and retail industry
  • Work experience preferably within the following fields: fashion, retail merchandising, retail store/channel operations, and/or trade marketing
