Job Description
As a sales advisor with MoveEasy, you will be responsible for helping our clients with a stress-free moving experience. At MoveEasy, we have created a simplified process for homeowners to complete all moving and home management tasks in one place including finding the right moving companies, helping them with home and auto insurance quotes, setting up their utilities and digital services like internet, cable, TV and home security and helping them with local home professionals. We are one of the biggest and rapidly growing concierge services in the real estate industry and work with some of the biggest brokerages in this space. ABOUT THE ROLE
- Unbiased Sales Advisor: We have partnered with all the providers for the different categories we sell including internet, cable TV, home security providers, moving, energy and insurance. As such you don't have to resort to pushy sales tactics. We give you the ability to be an unbiased advisor. Simply provide clients with the best options and book the sale.
- Multiple Selling Opportunities: We are one of the only companies that provide this wide array of services to clients. As a sales professional, this means you have the opportunity to help homeowners with any of these services and book a sale on every call. Or even better, grow your sales commissions by helping each client with multiple services.
- No Prospecting or Cold Calling: Homeowners are referred to us by our real estate partners. So you will not need to do any prospecting or cold calling. Each homeowner is assigned to a sales advisor. Your role is to simply connect with them and help them.
- Technology & Training: We are a tech company so the technology you get to enable your sales is unrivaled. Despite multiple services, our systems help you sell all these services in less than 10 minutes. Other features such as pre-set calling queues, one-click texting, and voicemails, and scripting are all available to ensure that you don't miss a sale.
- Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive hourly base plus uncapped commissions. You have the potential to earn more than $70,000 in the very first year. Commissions are tier-based and there is no cap on commissions. You also get paid training, PTO, and health insurance(after a probation period). You also get other sales perks including bonuses, gift cards, and merchandise based on weekly and monthly performance.
- Growth Opportunities: We have grown five-fold in just the last year and are planning to grow by another five-fold in 2020. As such, there are tremendous growth opportunities for high performers in the form of an increased hourly base, higher tier commissions, extra PTO days as well as promotion opportunities.
Qualifications

- You are extremely comfortable connecting with people over the phone (both inbound and outbound)

- You have personal goals and are not shy about working towards them
