The GSSC is a centralized internal entity that houses non-sales functions (such as HR, IT, Marketing, Finance and others) under one roof to support the group’s business needs.

Job Description

About the job: The Marketing Lead Generation Specialist will be based in the GSSC in Mumbai and support the Marketing team based in the Head Office in London. They will work on various tasks and projects, as assigned by the Marketing team. Their key responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospective customers and gather specific data points. This is a hands-on role requiring good organizational skills, a strong sense of ownership, excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and gather specific data points
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail
  • Update and maintain databases with the latest information
  • Ensure data integrity by verifying and correcting data discrepancies
  • Generate reports and assist in data analysis as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to improve data management processes
  • Work on business-as-usual tasks as well as any unplanned, ad-hoc or seasonal projects that may come up from time-to-time

Qualifications

Educational Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office and Google Workspace)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Work Experience: Minimum 6 months of outbound calling experience in data collection or lead generation with reputed organizations
