Job Description

We’re looking to add an experienced, enthusiastic sales person to our team who likes to challenge themself, works hard, and wants the opportunity to earn generous commissions. This position requires actively reaching out to target prospects (email, linkedin, cold calling, networking) and converting them into clients.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Generate & develop new business leads via prospecting.

  • Follow up on inbound quotes requests via phone and email.

  • Maintain organized record and notes of all contact information via our CRM software.

  • Prepare proposals and research documents in order to move the sales process forward.

  • Work with the internal & management team to carefully follow, develop and improve steps in our sales system.

  • Attend (virtual) networking events, meetups, and share our services to generate additional leads.

  • Reporting to management on activities, insights, and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in cold calling/outbound sales roles.

  • Comfortable calling, emailing & connecting with cold leads, taking notes, and being quick on their feet.

  • Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and CRM lead software.

  • Excellent communication and fluent in English.

  • Eligible to work in the United States.

  • PLUS: Basic knowledge of online marketing including SEO, Google Ads, & Google Maps Optimization.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position. Compensation will include a base pay + performance commission. Benefits include 100% covered health insurance, unlimited vacation time, gym membership, and access to our snack stash :)

Must be able to commute to and from our office in North Austin during regular weekday hours (or fully work remotely during COVID).
