Job Description

We’re looking to add a digital marketing account coordinator to our team who would be responsible for the successful launch, maintenance, and strategic growth of our marketing clients. 

This individual will be tasked with coordinating the daily tasks related to our client’s search engine marketing campaigns, proactively building relationships with our clients, and ensuring our clients experience the success we are known for. As this is a client-facing experience, customer service experience in an agency setting is highly preferred. The Motoza method, and in-depth training into SEO and PPC production would be provided as part of the job.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Daily management of client's SEM (SEO & PPC) campaigns including coordination of production work, recommending and implementing SEO strategies and techniques, and more.

  • Analyze account performance & data to come up with crucial decisions affecting campaign strategies.

  • Use campaign experience and on-going industry research to come up with new marketing strategies to improve campaigns across the board.

  • Ability to work with team members and take initiative on ideas.

  • Communicate with clients on their campaigns via email or phone and ensure clients' questions and concerns are being taken care of promptly.

  • Develop internal and client-facing reports based on campaign data and activities.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year in a client-facing customer service position (agency experience a huge plus)

  • General to advanced knowledge of SEM (SEO + PPC) best practices.

  • Demonstrate creative thinking in developing SEO strategies.

  • Familiar with keyword research, competitive analyses, and website audits.

  • Can easily navigate through Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Moz and other industry tools.

  • PLUS: Experience running SEO or PPC (Google Ads campaigns)

  • PLUS: Experience with WordPress, Unbounce, HTML/CSS.
