Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing - Branding Assistant. In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in a rapidly growing and exciting organization. The successful candidate will work with marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brands. Responsibilities will be helping to measure the effect of marketing and promotional strategies for our brand, as well as create marketing materials.

Salary range: $43000 - $53000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Create marketing materials, such as case studies, white papers, and presentations.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs while maintaining client revenue streams.

  • Present the research reports to the brand manager and help in the development of placement and promotional strategies for the brand

  • Work closely with our marketing and sales department.

  • Collaborate with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients, and partners on marketing strategy.

  • Help identify marketing trends and critical prospects for innovation.

  • Assist in key day-to-day marketing and product development functions.

  • Understand the company product and brand.

  • Support the coordination of exhibitions, conferences, and webinars.

  • Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team.

  • Assist in developing marketing material, including brochures, flyers, blog posts, posters, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field preferred.

  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.

  • Have excellent organization and great administration skills.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task and keep to deadlines.

  • Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience is an asset.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with programs, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Have good attention to detail with copy-writing skills.

  • Strong team member.
