Job Description

Pinnacle is looking for a Marketing Assistant. In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in a rapidly growing and exciting organization. The successful candidate will work with marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brands. Responsibilities will be helping identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth, as well as create marketing materials.

Responsibilities

  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies

  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events

  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication

  • Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)

  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities

  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance

  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field preferred.

  • Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience is an asset.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and keep to deadlines.

  • Experience with customer relationship management is a plus.

  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.

  • Proficiency with programs, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Are a strong team member and clear communicator.

  • Have excellent organization and great administration skills.

  • Have good attention to detail with proven copy-writing skills.
