Maintenance Lead: -$18-$20hr

• 2+ years’ experience in residential maintenance.
• Ability to pass drug test and background screening
• Reliable transportation
• Good customer service skills
• Boilers License
• Pool Cert a Plus!

Maintenance Crew: -$16-$18/hour

• 1+ years apartment maintenance experience
• Ability to pass drug test and background screening
• Reliable transportation
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to work without supervision is extremely important.

Weekly Pay and NO on CALL!
