Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced healthcare leader to join our team as a Team Lead - Doctor Management, playing a critical role in maintaining high clinical standards and an exceptional patient experience across our telehealth services.
This role sits at the centre of clinic operations, providing proactive oversight of doctor performance, identifying risks early and supporting practitioners to meet clinical, compliance and service expectations.
You will work closely with teams across Scheduling, Nursing, People, Legal & Compliance and Product & Technology to ensure safe, compliant and high quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor doctor performance across the clinic to ensure high clinical and service standards
- Analyse performance data including consultation quality, documentation, utilisation and complaints
- Conduct regular 1:1 performance conversations with doctors, providing coaching and feedback
- Identify trends or emerging risks and implement improvement actions early
- Manage doctor related complaints and clinical incidents, reviewing consultations and documentation
- Partner with internal teams to maintain safe, compliant and efficient telehealth operations
- Support doctor recruitment, onboarding and capability development
- Contribute to initiatives that improve clinical quality, service consistency and operational performance
Qualifications
As Team Lead - Doctor Management, you will proactively monitor, manage, and uplift the performance of our doctor cohort. You’ll use data-driven insights, structured coaching, and timely interventions to ensure consistent quality, compliance, and patient-centred care.
You will bring:
- A degree in Health, Healthcare Management, Nursing or a related field
- 8+ years’ experience in a healthcare or clinical environment
- Experience managing performance in complex professional environments
- Confidence conducting difficult or sensitive performance conversations
- Strong understanding of clinical governance and healthcare regulation
- The ability to interpret data and identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive mindset and the ability to perform well in fast paced environments
- Experience in telehealth or digitally enabled healthcare services will be highly regarded.
