Job Description

We are seeking a Senior People Analyst with a strong background in SQL and HR Analytics to join our dynamic Data & Analytics department.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise to analyse complex People systems data, such as HRIS, recruitment platforms, and Learning & Development (L&D) tools, to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decisions.

Collaborating closely with our People team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy through deep data analysis, forecasting workforce trends, and optimizing recruitment and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyse complex datasets from systems like HiBob and SmartRecruiters, uncovering trends in People performance, recruitment, and market dynamics.
  • Data Security & Integrity: Ensure the secure handling of sensitive HR data while maintaining access management protocols.
  • Statistical Modeling: Apply statistical methods to forecast trends, model attrition, and support talent development initiatives.
  • Dashboard Development: Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Looker, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and standardizing data visualizations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with both business and technology teams, translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in People processes and support ongoing automation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in People analytics or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and statistical analysis.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., HiBob, SmartRecruiters) and a core understanding of People functions (recruitment, DEI, talent management).
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to deliver end-to-end analytical projects.
  • Expertise in data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker, dbt) and advanced analytical techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills for effectively presenting insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
