Job Description

Are you passionate about optimising clinical processes and driving business growth? Montu is seeking a Clinical Growth Specialist to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and business strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

Enhance Patient Care: Collaborate with our growth team to align business strategies with clinical best practices. Assist in developing and implementing clinical protocols to improve patient care and operational efficiency.

Streamline Operations: Support the optimization of clinical and administrative processes, working closely with the Clinical Operations Manager to enhance system performance and patient outcomes.

Foster Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between clinical and business teams, ensuring seamless communication and integration of clinical insights into our operations.

Lead Projects: Define and manage projects with clear, measurable objectives that contribute to our organizational success. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize processes and improve project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
  • Strong interest in healthcare technology and operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving field such as medicinal cannabis
