Innovative and ambitious mobile health company seeks Regional Sales Manager to support our growth in Europe and to take responsibility for all phases of the sales cycle in for a dedicated segment/district in Northern Europe. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Regional Sales Manager will play an important role and be a key contributor to the success of the company.
Job Description
Key responsibilities:
As a Regional sales manager, you will be responsible for your own efforts related to:
• Maintaining and executing a territory plan defined with the leadership team
• Achieving a bookings and revenue goal in a partner-based go-to-market model with a defined list of partners in territory
• Identifying and acquiring new partners in the territory to enable scalability of the business
• Generating leads pro-actively for the territory with our marketing manager
• Build, drive and close customer opportunities
• Managing accounts within the territory
• Forecasting accurately and maintaining a high degree of CRM discipline
You must be comfortable in a rapidly changing environment that includes elements of a strategic/tactical role, but has its clear emphasis on hands-on sales execution in a start-up company.
You will collaborate intensively with marketing, product development, partners, care providers and to some extent patients/users to plan, develop, manage and execute your business in the territory.

We expect the successful candidate to:
• Have solid experience and proven record of successfully selling IT/software solutions or services – preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Be fluent in English and German, Swedish or Danish.
• Possess excellent communications skills – orally as well as in writing.
• Be used to dealing with customers and often drive full sales cycles virtually.
• Have a good understanding of global (mental) health dynamics and the challenges it faces.
• Have a proven record in planning, prioritizing and delivering against a given budget.
• Take ownership of complex tasks and be a strong self-motivator.
• Hold a relevant degree in economics, business administration or engineering.
• Hold a permit to live and work in Copenhagen, Denmark. For an exceptional candidate based in a Northern European capital, home office could be considered.
